The Saarp Travel Club attempts to address the senior citizen's special travel needs on a far more personal level than is generally on offer in the market. The Travel Club specializes in personal contact and one-on-one advice wherever possible.

Insurance needs for holiday travel is another area in which the senior citizen who is a SAARP member is specially catered for by the XL Millennium Travel group.

SAARP Holiday Club

The SAARP Holiday Club is another SAARP innovation which caters for the needs of our members. Sometimes, relaxing in a holiday environment without having to travel great distances is just what the doctor ordered. When money is tight, a short break in a high quality, relaxing environment at a bargain price is not to be sneezed at.

To accommodate this, SAARP recently spent ± R2M on Holiday Club points which are being made available to our members at discount prices which make normal private holiday costs look expensive. Our members can now elect to spend time at any one of over 150 premier holiday resorts throughout the country, and can even visit resorts overseas on our points!

We have a special deal with Avis which ensures low rates for SAARP members at any time throughout the year. We recommend that members nevertheless check other short term specials on offer from time to time because occasionally even our especially low rates may be beaten for short periods of time.
